MicroCare is looking for a Line Technician to support the manufacturing of various production lines of MicroCare products.
Responsibilities:

  1. Help with the set-up and break down of the various filling lines to manufacture all the different types of MicroCare products.
  2. Inspect all mechanical parts for any problems or issues during set-up and break down.
  3. Package, label, lot, and stack all products per instructions on the batch ticket.
  4. Inspect all finished products for complete accuracy and possible imperfections.
  5. Move raw materials and finished goods around warehouse with propane powered forklift.
  6. Maintain clean work environment.
  7. Responsible for daily trash and cardboard disposal.
  8. Attend company provided Haz-Mat training required every three years.
  9. Help out in other areas of warehouse as needed.
  10. Must wear company provided eye protection and safety shoes at all times.
  11. May have to work at other facilities as needed.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

· Must be able to read, write and speak English.

· Must have 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience.

· Must have basic math skills

· Strong mechanical knowledge

· Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills

· Good communication skills

· Forklift certified required

Physical Requirements:

· Lifting required of up to 70lbs unassisted and over 70lbs with lifting aides.

· Frequently stands, walks, stoops, crouches, climbs, pushes and pulls.

· Operate a forklift

· Work environment subject to seasonal temperature variation.
